Safe and enabling environment for young people.


We provide support to young people between the ages of 16 to 25. These include Care leavers, young parents and those experiencing family or relationship breakdown among others.

Rosecare ensure that the young are living in a safe environment with appropriate support network to meet their individual needs. They have a healthy lifestyle and has access to information about health issues that allows them to make informed choices as they move to independence.

The Young Person has access to employment, training or education and receives encouragement and recognition for their achievements; they develop independence and money management skills; they are supported in the process of moving to independent adult life

Rosecare encourage young Person positively to participates in the local community; participate in social, cultural and leisure activities; make positive friendships, actively involved in making decisions about their future. We offer group living, supported tenancy and floating support

Group Living.


Rosecare offers Group living where a Young Person lives within a multi-occupancy property that either has shared communal facilities or a ‘bed-sit’ type living space as part of a larger communal building. Within these environments, members of on-site staff provide both formal and informal guidance and practical assistance in gaining independent living skills for the Young Person, dependent on individual needs.

Rosecare offer a group living communal environment with staff on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to deliver programmes of support, dependant on the individual needs, to enable Young Persons to progress.

Supported Tenancy (Floating Support and Accommodation).


Rosecare provides Community based accommodation services with floating support, sourced within the private or registered social landlord rental market and supported by one-to-one staffing of varying levels, to achieve the aim of the Young Person moving to sustainable community living.

Rosecare respond to the needs of young people during evenings and weekends and has a floating support seven days a week. This service is suitable for vulnerable Young Persons who may not be completely ready to live on their own independently.

Floating Support Only.


Rosecare delivers floating support to sustain a tenancy by encouraging the development of the Young Person’s independent living skills. We provide Community based floating support to young people requiring support to manage their accommodation. Rosecare work predominantly with young people who are already in accommodation but are struggling to manage their tenancy. We aim to support young people to develop independent living skills and to live safely in their own homes.
