Rosecare Community Services is available to offer 16+ semi-independent support that will enable your loved ones to have control over their lives, and remain healthy and happy.
We provide support to young people between the ages of 16 to 25. These include Care leavers, young parents and those experiencing family or relationship breakdown among others.
Residential Respite
The support worker develops a healthy working relationship with the service user for a unique package of support and this is achieved in an environment that is familiar to the service user.

Floating Support
